Refund policy

All sales made through BlackListed LLC are final.

• Digital Products (beats, sample packs, downloads): Once purchased and delivered, digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.
• Merchandise (print-on-demand apparel, accessories, or custom products): Since all merchandise is produced to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items being shipped.
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
